Text, tables and figures are pulled out of scans and PDFs separately.

Vertical & handwritten
Reads vertically written internal documents and handwritten notes as they are.
Tables
Recognizes ruled tables cell by cell and extracts them as field–value pairs, such as item and quantity.
Reading order
Puts multi-column pages and side notes back into the order a person would read them.
Figures
Cuts out diagrams and photos and stores them apart from the body text.
Output
Writes the results as Markdown or JSON, ready for the next step.

Then connect what was read, and make it askable.

Search by meaning is combined with a graph that follows how items relate to each other.
